Refund Policy

1. Opening a Dispute

Disputes must be opened within 7 days of the logistics company’s official delivery date. To open a dispute, login to your account and go to Account / My Orders section.

2. Lost Shipments

If the shipment is confirmed lost by the forwarder, we will file a claim and refund you within 10 business days after compensation is received.

3. Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers may open a dispute if the product is defective or incorrect. Depending on evidence and circumstances, we may:

  • Issue a partial or full refund
  • Provide a replacement product
  • Reject the refund if the claim lacks basis

4. Precious Metals and Gemstones

For products containing gold, silver, platinum, diamonds, or gemstones:

  • Full refunds are NOT possible, unless the product is severely damaged or counterfeit
  • Partial refunds may be granted based on material value and condition

5. Final Decision

UNICI and PALADIN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PTE. LTD. reserve full discretion in dispute resolutions.
